The Province of Quebec has its own rules for selecting immigrants who will integrate well with the culture while living in the province. They also have a special agreement on immigration with the Canadian government. To be able to apply to migrate to Canada as a Quebec-Selected Skilled Worker, you must go through the following stages
You will apply to the Government of Quebec for a Quebec selection certificate.
If you’re chosen by the province of Quebec then apply to the Immigration Refugees And Citizenship Canada for permanent residence after you’ve been given a CSQ by the province.
Eligibility For Quebec Selected Skilled Worker VisaÂ
You must submit a complete permanent residence application which includes your police certificate.
